Sharing at NAEYC

The Tracks class curriculum front and center, please. I had the pleasure of presenting on the Curriculum-Creative Expression and Appreciation for the Arts track at the Association's Annual Conference in D.C. Sue Russell and Mark Ginsberg of NAEYC promised "great opportunities to learn, share, and experience the latest information" regarding early childhood education. That describes my experience exactly. I attended several sessions from the Leadership, Management, and Administration track and was happy to learn how our School can improve advocacy and outreach plans. I was able to share the positive experiences I have had working with a volunteer board of directors. I am happy to say that I left inspired and refreshed, though my legs were tired from all that power walking!

To share in return -- please enjoy my presentation and thank you to the attendees of my session, "Using Creative Arts to Give Flight..." [flvplayer http://takomacooperativeschool.org/videos/NAEYC_2.flv 500 375]
